Octopus appoints entrepreneur-in-residence
Octopus Investments has appointed Debu Purkayastha as entrepreneur-in-residence on its venture team.
He joins the firm after six years at Google, where he held senior roles in the M&A, investments and new business development teams.
He is also a founding member of co-working space Google Campus, based in London's Tech City.
Purkayastha will work with Octopus to identify investment opportunities and help entrepreneurs and management teams within portfolio companies to develop organic and acquisitive growth strategies.
