
Cavendish adds partner to TMT team

M&A advisory firm Cavendish Corporate Finance has appointed Nick Jones as a partner in the technology, media and telecoms (TMT) sector team of its London office.
Jones joined a team including partners Raymond Fagan, Joe Stelzer and Linda Sullivan, as well as director John Farrugia.
Jones was previously a partner at Clearwater Corporate Finance, where he has managed the firm's private equity relationships for the past nine years, including the last six as a partner. He has more than 20 years of experience working across corporate finance advisory and direct investment roles.
At Clearwater, Jones advised on transactions including the Bowmark-backed MBO of Design Objectives, the sale of Exentra and the SBO of XLN Telecom by ECI Partners.
Prior to joining Clearwater, Jones spent six years with Crédit Agricole Indosuez as an investment director focusing on mezzanine and small equity investments. He was a director on several company boards across the oil and gas, consumer, technology and media sectors.
Jones started his financial career with nine years spent at PwC, starting in the firm's growth business division before moving into mid-market leveraged finance.
