Clearwater bolsters London TMT team

Prior to joining Clearwater, Bolton had been running his own consultancy business since 2012.

He previously ran the media-focused corporate finance team at Grant Thornton. There, Bolton focused on the publishing, information and events, marketing and advertising, TV/film and broadcasting sectors. Before joining the advisory firm in 2007, he was a partner and national head of corporate finance at RSM Robson Rhodes, which he had joined in 2004.

At Clearwater, Bolton will continue working with mid-market corporate and private equity clients in the media sector.
