Ben Rodham re-joins Linklaters' private equity practice

Law firm Linklaters has re-hired Ben Rodham as a partner in its London-based private equity practice.
Rodham will start his new role in early 2016. His experience includes advising private equity firms and other financial sponsors on leveraged M&A, disposals, restructurings and portfolio company issues.
He joins from Shearman & Sterling, where he had been a partner in the firm's private equity group since October 2014. Prior to that he was a partner at Addleshaw Goddard for nearly two years.
Rodham is no stranger to Linklaters though, having worked at the firm as a managing associate between 2004 and late 2012.
Linklaters has been active on the European private equity market this year, most recently advising on CVC and GIC's acquisition of RAC in the UK, as well as TDR's record-breaking €3.7bn LBO for LeasePlan in the Netherlands.
