3i sells NSL to AAC for £120m
3i has exited outsourced services provider NSL via a ТЃ120m trade sale to Northern European mid-market buyout firm AAC Capital Partners.
Since the private equity investor's buyout of NCP Group in August 2005, the company has doubled its share of the UK parking enforcement market.
Recent contract wins and retentions for the firm include Westminster, Camden, Waltham Forrest and Cambridgeshire.
