
Dunedin acquires CitySprint
Dunedin Capital Partners has acquired courier business CitySprint for an undisclosed amount.
The UK mid-market private equity firm financed the transaction from its Dunedin Buyout Fund II and also provided the debt funding.
Based in London, CitySprint offers same-day delivery services through its national network of 31 centres. The company has increased its turnover from £46m in 2007 to a forecasted £61m for 2010.
