Alvarez & Marsal hires new managing director David Evans
Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has expanded its transaction advisory group with the recruitment of a new managing director and European practice leader, David Evans.
At A&M, Evans will be working alongside managing directors Adrian Balcombe, Age Lindenbergh and Juergen Zapf, who are based in the UK, the Netherlands and Germany, respectively. The four will make up the executive leadership committee of the transaction advisory group's European practice.
Evans has 20 years' experience in transaction service mandates. He has specific expertise in the TMT sector as well as buy-side and sell-side due diligence for private equity and large corporates.
Prior to this role, he had worked at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche for 13 years, working on more than 150 transactions in both the UK and internationally.
