O’Rourke joins Aztec as director

Aztec Group has recruited Geraldine O’Rourke as a director to oversee corporate services operations in the firm’s Jersey office.
O'Rourke joins the fund services firm from Rok Group, a Jersey-based internet retail company, where she had been a director and shareholder since October 2010.
Throughout her 30-year career in the finance industry, she has managed offshore structures for a client base that includes employee benefit schemes, funds, special purpose vehicles and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
In 1993, O'Rourke was recruited as director by Abacus Financial Services. There, she launched and managed the corporate service division, which went on to employ 100 staff over the following 10 years.
She then joined RBC Wealth Management, which appointed her as head of corporate executive and employee services between 2005-2009.
