
ECI's Chris Warren to join Charterhouse
ECI partner Chris Warren will join private equity firm Charterhouse in the autumn.
Warren's portfolio and marketing activities will be taken on by other members of staff at ECI, but there will be no direct replacement.
Warren joined ECI in 2003. Prior to working at the London-based private equity house, he worked for BC Partners as an associate.
Warren has been sitting on the board of ECI portfolio companies Rhubarb Food Design and Wireless Logic as a non-executive director since 2012 and 2011, respectively. He has also been non-executive director at DLP since 2005.
ECI Partners was founded in 1973 and typically invests £5m–50m per deal.
