IK's portfolio company Schenck acquires Clyde
IK Investment Partners' portfolio company Schenck Process has agreed to the acquisition of Clyde Process Solutions for ТЃ3.33m.
Recent results of the company showed increasing orders.
Investors holding 54.1% of Clyde Process Solutions are backing the buyout. Doncaster-based Clyde Process Solutions is a provider of material handling solutions for process industries. The company is part of Clyde Blowers, the empire of Scottish multi-millionaire Jim McColl.
