
KWM’s Fulbrook joins Goodwin Procter
Simon Fulbrook has left King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) to join Goodwin Procter’s private equity group.
While at KWM, Fulbrook focused on leveraged finance, including private equity buyouts and buy-ins, corporate M&A, recapitalisations, acquisitions, funds and real estate finance. He has represented Bowmark Capital, Graphite and ECI Partners, among other GPs.
Fulbrook joined KWM as associate solicitor in 2005, when the company was known as SJ Berwin. He became a partner in May 2012.
Previously, Fulbrook was an assistant solicitor at Eversheds. He began his career as a paralegal at Clifford Chance in 2000.
