McKinsey’s Mutafchieva joins Palamon

London-based Palamon Capital Partners has appointed Mina Mutafchieva as an associate principal.
The appointment will see Mutafchieva leaving global advisory firm McKinsey & Company, which she joined in 2007 as a business analyst in the Warsaw office. There, Mutafchieva provided organisational transformation, strategy and sales advice across the telecommunications, banking, basic materials and public sectors.
In 2012, she became an associate at the firm and worked on various projects with a focus on the financial services industry – specifically corporate, private and retail banking. Mutafchieva was promoted to engagement manager at McKinsey's office in Antwerp last year.
