
Endless promotes five

UK-based turnaround firm Endless has promoted team members Indra Valeinis (pictured), Simon Mason, Kerry Swain, Michael Rice and Edward Ransome.
Valeinis and Mason were both promoted to investment director. Valeinis joined Endless in 2006 – she notably led the Bathstore deal and subsequently took a non-executive director position on the company's board. She is also responsible for deal origination in the Midlands region.
Mason joined the firm in 2007 and will continue to be responsible for sourcing and executing deals in London. He has notably worked on transactions including Liberata and Karro Food Group.
Meanwhile, Swain was promoted to associate director. She joined Endless in 2010 and was recently involved in the Bathstore and Karro Food Group investments, with regards to both execution and portfolio work. She will work alongside Valeinis covering Midlands-based investment opportunities.
Rice and Ransome were promoted to investment manager. They both joined the firm in 2011 and are based in the Leeds and London offices respectively.
