HW Corporate Finance adds new partner
John Box, former head of Barclayтs leverage finance business, has been appointed as a partner at HW Corporate Finance LLP.
Box has 12 years of experience in structured and leverage finance. He is a non-executive director of a £250m turnover company in the food sector and charity The Diana Award.
At Barclays, Box oversaw an £8bn, 250 business debt portfolio. The division had 130 members of staff and 11 offices across the UK, Ireland and France.
