Altium hires three in London
Investment bank Altium has hired three new associates in its London-based corporate finance and debt divisions.
Joining from Moelis & Company, Arthur Callaghan will work across both the corporate finance and debt teams. He has four years' experience in the corporate finance space, including a stint at Deloitte.
Meanwhile, Paul Simkin and Shane Dulabdas have joined the bank's debt advisory team. Simkin was hired by PwC in 2009, notably working in the tax and financial due diligence teams.
Dulabdas joins from Gleacher Shacklock, where he was an analyst in the debt advisory practice. An earlier three-year stint at Deloitte saw him work on restructuring and insolvency matters, notably advising retail business HMV.
