Terra Firma appoints head of investor relations
Terra Firma has appointed Lachmi-Niwas Sadani, whose resume includes stints at Apax and Axa Private Equity, as head of investor relations.
Sadani joined the private equity house at the beginning of the month. His predecessor Kamal Tabet left in May last year after only 11 months in the job. Investor relations responsibilities were then distributed within the team without any direct replacement until now.
Sadani was previously managing director and CIO at the Nomura Group, where he had been focusing on Asian private equity and infrastructure investments since 2011.
In 2003, Sadani joined Apax Partners as a senior investment professional in London. Between 2005 and 2011, he co-founded and managed Axa Private Equity's Asia division in Singapore.
Sadani holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
