Maven appoints Robertson as investment manager
Maven Capital Partners has hired Alan Robertson as a new investment manager in the firm's Edinburgh office.
In his new role at Maven, Robertson, who will work alongside investment director David Milroy, will focus on sourcing and executing new investment opportunities for the Scottish Loan Fund (SLF). The fund was founded by Scottish Investment Bank and is managed by Maven.
Prior to joining Maven, Robertson was working in the Scottish debt advisory and corporate finance unit of Quayle Munro, which he helped to establish. He began his career in the Aberdeen structured finance team of Royal Bank of Scotland, where he worked for seven years.
