Octopus looking to raise £70m over four VCTs
Octopus Investments has announced plans to raise ТЃ70m over four VCTs, targeting UK SMEs.
The firm will offer further shares in Octopus AIM VCT, Octopus Second AIM VCT, Octopus Apollo VCT and a linked offer across its five Titan VCTs, with each offering different benefits.
The fundraising follows last year's £50m fundraise from existing VCT investors through a series of enhanced buy-back facilities, which were launched on the back of investor demand, Octopus said in a statement.
Octopus recently invested in e-commerce start-up Rangespan, app developer YPlan and online luxury travel club Secret Escapes.
