Montagu backs MBO of Host Europe

Montagu Private Equity has backed the ТЃ222m management buyout of hosting and domain provider Host Europe Group.

Oakley Capital, which acquired the company in April 2008 following a £120m buyout, has exited the investment.

The company was founded in 1997 and is active in the UK and Germany.
