
Eight Roads hires two for London team
Eight Roads Ventures has hired Michael Stephanblome as a venture partner and Lucile Cornet as a senior associate.
Stephanblome is an entrepreneur who has held several executive roles at firms including eBay and Gumtree. Eight Roads has tasked him with supporting entrepreneurs in the portfolio and identifying potential investment opportunities.
Cornet joins from Summit Partners, where she focused on growth equity investments. She will focus on the fintech sector for Eight Roads. Cornet will also spend time in Paris to focus on the French tech ecosystem, the firm said in a statement.
Fidelity Growth Partners, the venture capital arm of FIL International, rebranded as Eight Roads Ventures in July this year and launched a new £150m pan-European fund.
