DLA Piper announces appointment
Legal practice DLA Piper has hired Jonathan Lisle as a partner in its London office, effective 14th February.
He joins from CMS Cameron McKena where, as a partner, he specialised in M&A and public company takeovers and was also co-founder of the firm's healthcare group.
Lisle has advised on transactions including LGV Capital's acquisition of nine BUPA hospitals and Nuffield Health on its disposal of nine hospitals to General Healthcare Group.
