UK has new corporate finance boutique
A new corporate finance boutique called Spectrum Corporate Finance was launched earlier this month in the Thames Valley region.
The new business will provide corporate finance advisory and restructuring, operating across a range of business sectors and targeting deals with enterprise values of £10-100m.
Spectrum's partner team consists of Simon Davies, Clive Hatchard, Ian Milne and David Pointer. Based in Reading, the new company has a team of six fee earners, with a further corporate financier due to join the business later in the year. Two other recruits should join the firm during 2011.
