Endless to open Irish arm
Endless is to launch in Ireland. The buyout and turnaround specialist has appointed John Kernohan and Richard Gillan to lead its Irish operations. Kernohan has previously represented 3i on the boards of portfolio companies. Gillan has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte. Together, the pair undertook a management buy-in deal of a manufacturing business in Ireland before successfully exiting earlier this year. The initial focus will be on investing in Northern Ireland before targeting the Dublin advisory and investment community in a second phase of expansion. Endless is headquartered in Leeds and has offices in Manchester and Birmingham. It intends to open an office in London in due course.
