KCP appoints Wilkinson as investment manager
Key Capital Partners (KCP) has appointed Seb Wilkinson as an investment manager in its Leeds office.
Wilkinson joins the firm after spending two years at Jaguar Land Rover, where he was the finance manager working on the group strategy and global business expansion team.
Before joining Jaguar Land Rover, he spent a year and a half working on the corporate finance team at PwC.
KCP is ramping up its team after reaching a £55m first close for its first formal institutional fund, in November 2015. The vehicle is targeting £80m. The GP hired former NorthEdge director James Hall as a director in the Leeds office the following month.
In addition to Hall, Wilkinson will work alongside partners Peter Armitage and Owen Trotter in the Leeds office, with the team looking to make investments of £3-15m in northern English businesses.
