
Endless acquires O&H Conversions Group
Turnaround specialist Endless has acquired O&H Conversions Group, a British company focusing on the fit-out and conversion of vehicles for specialist purposes.
The GP has also agreed to refinance the group and provide additional working capital as part of the deal.
Upon completion of the transaction, recently appointed Endless partner Andrew Smith will take a seat on the O&H board.
The GP is currently investing from its fourth fund, a £525m vehicle that held its final close in December 2014.
Company
Founded in 1988, Yorkshire-based O&H converts vehicles for specialist use. Typical procedures include the conversion of vehicles into ambulances and wheelchair access vehicles.
