
Sun acquires O&S Doors
Sun European Partners has acquired O&S Doors, a manufacturer of made-to-measure doors for kitchen cabinets and wardrobes.
The GP has previously invested in the UK household furnishings sector. In April 2013, it acquired bed and mattress retailer Dreams in a deal thought to be valued at around £35m.
Last year, Sun made three investments on the continent, acquiring French hydraulic brake hose designer Flexitech, British flower and vegetable business Finlays Horticulture and German automotive glass producer Flabeg Deutschland.

Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Dungannon, Northern Ireland, O&S produces made-to-measure doors for kitchen cabinets and wardrobes. The business has a headcount of 360 and an additional trade outlet in Dublin. It generates revenues of £35m from sales across the UK and Ireland.
