Endless's Enact fund acquires WHP
Endless has acquired Newcastle-based WHP Facilities, a designer and installer of laboratory cleanrooms and sterile processing environments.
The transaction value is undisclosed, though Endless made the deal via its Enact fund, which typically makes equity investments of £2-5m.
As part of the deal, Enact investment director Chris Cormack has taken a seat on the WHP board.
The investment marks the second deal made by the SME-dedicated Enact fund in 2016. In March, the vehicle acquired London-based retail display business Kesslers International.
