
Limerston acquires AdviserPlus
Limerston Capital has acquired UK-based HR software and consultancy company AdviserPlus.
Under its new ownership model, the company will look to make acquisitions and operational improvements, as well as expanding into new market segments.
The deal marks the second investment from Limerston's debut fund, which, according to various reports, is targeting to close on £250-300m. In August 2016, the GP acquired domestic electricity and gas supplier Spark Energy.
Limerston was founded in 2014 by former TDR Capital investment director Joao Rosa, former Nomura executive director Martim Avillez and former UBS investment bank managing director James Paget.
