
Maven backs Incremental launch with First eBusiness acquisition
Maven Capital Partners has backed Scottish enterprise software developer Incremental Group’s acquisition of Aberdeen-based First eBusiness Solutions.
The deal marks the formal launch of Incremental, a Glasgow-headquartered group led by former Lockheed Martin BTS chief technology officer Neil Logan and financially backed by Maven and the Scottish Investment Bank.
First eBusiness provides a range of digital services, including enterprise resource planning, consultancy and analytics to the oil & gas, financial services and public sectors in the UK and Scotland.

Incremental is a digital services platform based in Glasgow. The group was founded by Neil Logan, Stuart Kerr and Craig Donnelly, and was launched formally with the platform's acquisition of First eBusiness.
Incremental said in a statement it plans to grow revenues beyond the £20m mark organically and acquisitively, creating 140 jobs in the process.
