
Vespa invests in Lumi MBO
Vespa Capital has invested in the management buyout of Lumi Technologies, a developer of interactive software for use in presentations, conferences and live events.
Financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, though the GP typically invests in companies with enterprise value of €15-75m.
Vespa is currently investing from its second fund, which held a final close on £120m in January 2017, according to unquote" data.
