Advent to acquire Williams Lea Tag from Deutsche Post
Advent International has agreed to acquire UK-based marketing and public relations company Williams Lea Tag from trade vendor Deutsche Post DHL Group.

Under its new owners, Williams Lea Tag will undertake an international expansion strategy and will invest in recruitment and IT infrastructure.
Despite a drop in private-equity-backed carve-outs in H1 2017, corporate players are increasingly looking to offload non-core assets in the wake of geopolitical uncertainty across Europe, as was recently reported by unquote".
The Williams Lea Tag transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
