
GCP invests in DMW Group
Growth Capital Partners (GCP) has invested in UK-based IT consultancy DMW Group.
The company's senior management team are investing alongside GCP and will continue to lead the business following the deal.
The deal is the fifth investment for the firm's fourth fund, which closed on £205m in July 2017 and makes hybrid debt and equity investments of £5-30m. Most recently, the vehicle invested in London-based recycling company First Mile and Glasgow-based outdoor equipment retailer AMG.
Under its new ownership model, DMW will undertake a recruitment drive and expand its range of services offered.
