
Investindustrial acquires London-based furniture group Oka
Italian private equity group Investindustrial has acquired London-based furniture company Oka.
The Italian private equity group acquired Oka in a deal that values the company at £40m, according to a person familiar with the situation.
The group's 2018 forecasts are to generate £4m in EBITDA against £30m in revenues.
Co-founder Annabel Astor will remain in her post as chairperson, and Peter Taylor will stay on as chief executive.
Investindustrial recently launched its second build-up fund to stretch the lifecycle of its Fund IV portfolio. The €865m fund was raised in 2017.
