
RCapital sells The Coaching Academy in MBB
RCapital has sold UK-based training agency The Coaching Academy in a management buy-back, bringing to an end an 11-year holding period for the vendor.
The deal was led by Coaching Academy managing director Bev James, who RCapital introduced to the business in 2008.
At the time of publication, Unquote was awaiting comment from RCapital with regards to details surrounding returns generated from the sale, in addition to the enterprise value and financials related to the business.

RCapital acquired Coaching Academy in November 2007.
