RCapital sells Innervate to trade buyer
RCapital has sold UK-based IT consultancy Innervate Technology Solutions to an undisclosed trade buyer after a one-year holding period.
Innervate recently signed an agreement with IBM and artificial intelligence company Artesian Solutions to enable companies to integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with social-media-related data for the purpose of improving customer relationship management.
The business appointed a new chairperson and chief financial officer under RCapital's tenure, and rebranded from Ciber UK to its current name in September 2017.
At the time of publication, Unquote was awaiting comment from RCapital with regard to details surrounding returns from the sale, in addition to the enterprise value and financials related to the business.
Previous funding
RCapital acquired Innervate (then known as Ciber UK) in a carve-out in June 2017.
