Mobeus invests £9m in Ventrica
Mobeus Equity Partners has invested ТЃ9m in Ventrica, a UK-based outsourced customer communication company.
Unquote understands the GP acquired a minority stake via the transaction, with capital drawn from £166m vehicle Mobeus Equity Partners IV.
It is also understood the fund provided both debt and equity, with no external debt being used to finance the deal.
The business intends to undertake international expansion and increase its headcount from 350 to 600 within a year.
As part of the deal, Mobeus portfolio director Guy Blackburn has taken a seat on the Ventrica board of directors.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Southend-on-Sea, Ventrica provides outsourced sales and customer services, including the management of requests by phone, email, web chat and social media. It offers services across several different languages.
