
Palatine sells MJ Quinn telecoms arm to Visabeira/Constructel
Palatine Private Equity has partially divested its stake in Liverpool-headquartered infrastructure services company MJ Quinn via the sale of its telecoms division to French trade buyer Visabeira/Constructel.
MJ Quinn's management team will remain with the business following the deal, while Palatine will continue to own a majority stake in MJ Quinn's rail division, which was recently rebranded as Quinn Infrastructure Services.
The GP is invested in the company via its £100m maiden fund.

Palatine acquired MJ Quinn from 3i, MSIF and the company's management team in 2008.
