
Livingbridge reaps 2.4x on £52m Symphony trade sale
Livingbridge has sold its stake in Symphony Ventures, a UK-based automated operational processes business, in a £52m trade sale to US-listed Sykes Enterprises.
The deal comes just 14 months after the GP's initial investment in the company and has generated a 2.4x money multiple for Livingbridge.
During the holding period, Symphony undertook international expansion, with a particular focus on India, Latin America and the US. It has also opened a new operations centre in Poland and almost doubled its headcount.
Previous funding
Livingbridge provided a £3.5m series-A funding round for Symphony in August 2014 with capital drawn from its Baronsmead Venture Capital Trusts.
