Investcorp holds $400m final close for fourth tech fund
Investcorp Technology Partners has held a $400m final close for Investcorp Technology Partners IV (ITP Fund IV), surpassing its initial target.
The vehicle held a $220m first close in December 2017 and has already made five investments.

ITP Fund IV received strong support from a diverse group of global blue-chip institutional, individual and family-trust investors in addition to a significant financial commitment from Investcorp. The fund's LP base includes HarbourVest, Nationwide Pension Fund, Unigestion and Harry-Anna Investment Fund.
Investments
The fund targets fast-growing founder-owned technology businesses headquartered in Europe that specialise in the data, analytics, IT security, fintech, payments, internet and mobility sectors. It deploys equity tickets of between $25-50m.
ITP Fund IV has already invested in five companies: human resources software provider Softgarden; cloud company Calligo; online marketplace Ageras; network management software provider Impero; and enterprise software and sensor platform SmartSpace.
