Beechbrook backs Shuttercraft MBO
Beechbrook Capital has supported the management buyout of Shuttercraft, a UK-based manufacturer of residential blinds and shutters.
A spokesperson for the GP confirmed the details of a report by Insider Media are accurate, but declined to comment further.
The report also stated that the company's founding shareholders will retain a minority stake in the business following the deal.
Shuttercraft recently announced that it had opened a new branch in Oxford.

Headquartered in Winchester, Shuttercraft is a manufacturer of residential shutters and blinds. The company distributes its products through a number of third-party retailers, in addition to 22 franchises. It generated a turnover of £21.3m in the year ending in October 2017, according to publicly available documents.
