
BGF exits Jumpstart via trade sale to Visiativ
BGF has sold its minority stake in UK-based tax consultancy Jumpstart via a trade sale to France-based Visiativ Group.
Since the GP first invested in the company, Jumpstart has expanded nationwide, opening new offices in Birmingham and Manchester.
Jumpstart will become part of Visiativ's consulting division, ABGI, and expand into the French, Canadian, US and Brazilian markets following the deal.
Previous funding
BGF injected £3.4m into Jumpstart in 2014 in order to support the company's sales, marketing and delivery functions.
