Cairngorm buys Sentry Doors
Cairngorm Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in timber fire and security doors manufacturer Sentry Doors.
Cairngorm used its second fund, which closed on its £107.5m hard-cap in April 2017. The deal marks Cairngorm's 18th transaction since July 2016 and its entry into the fire protection sector.
The investment will enable Sentry Doors to spur its growth and consolidate its position in the market.
Company
Established in 1989, Sentry Door manufactures timber fire and security doors for the social and commercial housing, as well as the residential markets. The company is based in Doncaster.
