Egeria acquires majority stake in MAAS Aviation
Dutch GP Egeria has agreed to acquire a majority stake in MAAS Aviation Group, an Ireland-headquartered commercial aircraft painting company.

The transaction will provide an exit for the group's founding shareholder and executive chairperson Darragh Hall.
