Rockpool backs Boston MFO buyout
Rockpool Investments has backed the management buyout of Isle of Man-based trust and fiduciary service provider Boston Multi Family Office (Boston MFO).
The company's managing director, Alex McNee, will remain in his role, while former director of business development Katherine Ellis will become CEO.
Rockpool generally makes equity investments in the range of £3-12m in profitable private businesses.
The GP will support Boston MFO's expansion via organic and inorganic initiatives.

Boston MFO was founded as a single-family office in 2002 and is headquartered in the Isle of Man. It now provides administration services to a group of families and high-net-worth individuals. It has offices in the Isle of Man, Malta and Dubai.
