
Ventiga buys Retail Insight from Navis
Ventiga Capital Partners has acquired retail-analytics software developer Retail Insight from Navis Capital Partners.
Navis is a Malaysian asset manager with approximately $5bn in assets under management in private and public equities.
Ventiga is currently raising its debut fund with a €275m target, and has been operating on a deal-by-deal basis with support of LGT Capital Partners up until now. It is unclear whether the Retail Insight investment will be drawn from the fund.
Ventiga had not responded to a request for comment at the time of publication.

Retail Insight was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Richmond. It employs 74 people and four locations worldwide, providing retail analytics software on a subscription basis to customers including Walmart, Asda and Woolworths. The company made an operating loss of £395,194 from sales of £10m for the year ending in June 2018.
