
FPE backs Intragen
UK-based private equity investor FPE Capital has invested in cybersecurity services company Intragen.
FPE drew capital from its FPE Fund II, which closed on £101m in 2017 and invests in UK-based companies with enterprise values of £20-50m and turnovers of £5-25m. This is the fund's sixth investment.
The company's existing management team will stay on with the business, while Bill Joss will join as non-executive chairman and Julien Coe will join as CFO.
The company plans to continue to expand internationally following the transaction.

Founded in 2006, Intragen now employs 40 people in offices in the UK, the Netherlands and Finland. Headquartered in London, the company provides identity and access governance consulting, and implementation services to B2B customers in Europe.
