
Xenon acquires Metricfire
Xenon Partners has acquired data monitoring services provider Metricfire.
Metricfire is Xenon's ninth current portfolio company. The firm acquires and operates early- and mid-stage technology companies, with a focus on B2B software-as-a-service companies.
The existing management team will stay on with the business. Metricfire's clients include MoneySuperMarket Group, Coveo and PayU.
The company generates revenues of $6.8m, according to Zoominfo.

Metricfire provides a complete infrastructure and application monitoring platform from a suite of open source monitoring tools, including the software monitoring platform Graphite and the Prometheus platform. Founded in 2012, the company is based in Dublin.
