
Phoenix acquires Redington
Phoenix Equity Partners has acquired UK-based investment consultancy Redington.
The firm is currently investing from Phoenix Equity Partners 2016, which closed on £415m in July 2017. The fund was 40% deployed as of April 2018. The firm acquired asset manager Mobius in May 2019.
Redington's founders will remain involved and the management team will continue to lead the company.
