
Clearwater opens Leeds office, appoints Goldsack

Advisory firm Clearwater International has opened its fifth UK office, in Leeds.
Partner Richard Goldsack has been appointed to lead the office. He has previously worked at Grant Thornton and EY in the UK and Australia on transactions involving owner-managed businesses, corporates and private equity firms.
Director Glenn Clarke, who joined Clearwater in 2018, will lead the Leeds debt advisory team.
The company operates offices in Manchester, London, Birmingham and Nottingham, with a total of 17 offices across nine countries in Europe and Asia.
In 2020, Clearwater has advised IDI on its acquisition of hotel reservations internet company CDS Groupe, and Ares Management and Beech Tree Private Equity on the acquisition of telecommunications provider Wavenet.
