
MW&L acquires Chairman Mentors
MW&L Capital Partners has acquired Chairman Mentors International as part of a succession agreement.
The founder's estate has sold its share of the company.
MW&L was formed by former Goldman Sachs partners Matthew Westerman and Julian Metherell to deploy money from the Livanos family in 2018. Peter Livanos is the chairman of the shipping group Ceres Shipping.
The firm plans to expand Chairmen Mentors internationally and into different sectors.
MW&L invested £66m in oil well decommissioning company Well-Safe Solutions in October 2019.
